Buying a New Home

Everyone has been there, or will be there at some point in their life. Buying their FIRST home. My husband and I are going through this right now. We put an offer on an amazing property by Sloan's Lake, and we have now entered the 'Waiting Game'. It was an emotional weekend...well, for me at least. (Please note, the house above is not the house I am talking about) But, back to the point....buying a new home and getting a loan.
