Last night, after wrapping all of the Christmas gifts (so happy AND proud I am done with that) my husband and I sat down to watch Julia & Julie . Have you all seen this? It's long, and drags a little toward the end, but I have to say it's SOOOO inspirational! It makes you want to get on your feet and conquer the world!... or that latest project you haven't finished. ;)

So, with that I have 2 new goals....
1) Everyday after work, to stop at a coffee shop on the way home to work on the blog. I get off work earlier than others with my new job (unless I have an event), so I should have plenty of time to sit and take a breather.
2) Give myself a deadline for each project I start. I will admit, and this is hard to admit to, that I LOVE starting projects, but sometimes it's hard for me to finish in a timely manner. The black doors I mentioned earlier this month, they are in fact coming along. We finally finished door #1 (this was a test door) so I will post some pics hopefully tomorrow.
I think everyone should take the time to develop new goals for the new year. 2009 has been a tough year for everyone, so I say we step into 2010 with a promise to yourself to make something grand out of it.
And since I am celebrating one of two Christmas's this weekend.... Happy (early) Holidays!

I love camping out at ink! in Cherry Creek and working on Design Babylon -- we should go together sometime soon!
